Savannah was born pre-natally exposed to drugs, but the Rescue Family that adopted her was educated on how to care for this precious, little one and given personal training along with a training manual that Debbe wrote prior to the delivery. Debbe was able to coach in this Birthmoms delivery and for the first time ever she got to cut the umbilical cord. It was such a honor and comforting to know that this Birthmom was interested in an open adoption and the loving Forever Family was open to that as well.

To this day Debbe still hears from the Rescue Family providing updates on Savannah and it makes Debbe so happy whenever she has the chance to speak with them.
